A New Address, and a New Chapter for BITHGROUP
By Katie Burdett, Project Coordinator and Trainer
Some of the best ideas don’t come from working harder. They come from working together. Innovation has always been driven by people with different experiences, perspectives, and expertise coming together to solve problems. Whether it’s a breakthrough in healthcare, a new technology, or a better way to serve customers, meaningful progress rarely happens in isolation.
That’s one of the reasons BITHGROUP recently relocated to the University of Maryland BioPark. At first glance, it’s simply a new office. To us, it’s an opportunity to become part of a community built around research, discovery, entrepreneurship, and collaboration. The BioPark brings together researchers, healthcare leaders, startups, educators, and technology companies, all working to solve complex challenges. It’s an environment where ideas are shared, partnerships are formed, and innovation happens every day.
We believe there’s value in being part of that kind of ecosystem. Not because we expect every conversation to lead to a new project, but because the best solutions often come from learning alongside others. New perspectives challenge assumptions. New relationships create opportunities. New ideas emerge when people with different expertise are willing to collaborate. That’s the kind of environment we want to be part of.
We’re also excited about the opportunity to strengthen our relationship with local universities, healthcare facilities, and startups. As those conversations continue, we see tremendous potential to connect with researchers, faculty, students, and industry leaders who are shaping the future of healthcare, technology, and workforce development.
For our clients, that means a partner who is continually learning, growing, and connected to an innovation community that extends well beyond our own organization. For our team, it means being surrounded by people who are asking difficult questions, exploring new approaches, and pushing ideas forward.
For more than 30 years, BITHGROUP has helped organizations solve complex operational challenges across government, healthcare, energy, and the private sector. That commitment isn’t changing.
What is changing is the environment we’re investing in. We chose the BioPark because we believe innovation doesn’t happen by chance. It grows where people are willing to share ideas, challenge one another, and work together toward something better. That’s the kind of community we’re proud to join, and we look forward to the partnerships and possibilities it will create.
