Our Approach

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix. We work to:

  • Provide text alternatives for non-text content, including images and icons
  • Ensure the site can be navigated using a keyboard alone
  • Maintain sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds
  • Use clear headings, labels, and consistent navigation
  • Structure content so it works with screen readers and other assistive technology
  • Design forms with clear labels and error messaging

Conformance Status

We are actively testing this website against WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria using a combination of automated scanning and manual review. Automated tools can identify many issues but cannot catch everything, so we pair them with manual checks of navigation, forms, and content structure.

This site is a work in progress toward full conformance. As issues are identified, we prioritize and correct them on an ongoing basis.
