In 1992 Robert L. Wallace founded BITHGROUP Technologies with an urging: to help people through technology. His decades of experience highlights the importance of knowledgeable staff and excellent systems in any company.

Robert L. Wallace

Robert L. Wallace is an accomplished engineer, entrepreneur, author, keynote speaker, and internationally known business consultant. Mr. Wallace is routinely sought after by the world business community. Futher he has gone on to create three successful companies - BITHGROUP Technologies, Inc., BITHENERGY, Inc., and EntreTeach Learning Systems, LLC. He has authored numerous articles and books on entrepreneurship, wealth creation strategies, effective strategic partnering, intrapreneurship, and urban economic development. He earned his Masters of Business Administration from Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Engineering with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Carolyn Green
Chief Administrative Officer

Carolyn W. Green is the Chief Administration Officer for BITHGROUP Technologies. She has day-to-day responsibility for the company's human resources, benefits, payroll, physical infrastructure, and recruiting and staff augmentation department. Ms. Green has over twenty-five years of professional experience in the areas of manufacturing, design engineering, research and development, human resources management, implementation of high performance teams, implementing Total Quality, and executive leadership. Ms. Green earned her BS degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Biomedical Engineering.

Harry Holt
Executive Vice-President, Operations

Harry Holt brings over 27 years of technology, management and training experience to the team. Mr. Holt has worked with BITHGROUP Technologies for nearly seventeen years in numerous capacities including project manager, trainer, business development, recruiting, strategic planning, leadership development, STEM leader, and energy subject matter expert. He is the practice leader for developing and implementing training and development programs for clients in all disciplines. Mr. Holt has an MBA in Management from Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Brown University.

Corey Culbreath, PMP
Director, IT Services

Corey Culbreath servers as the Director of Information Technology Services. He is a Program Manager and IT professional with 20+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery Management, Project Management, Solution Architecture and Team Management. Mr. Culbreath is also a military veteran that has 10 + years of configuration management, risk management and data system security experience with the service. Mr. Culbreath oversee all technology needs, as well as the strategic IT partnerships with the leading technology innovators. Mr. Culbreath begin his IT training in the military and is a graduate of the US Army Signal Corps School where he received training in Signal Communication Operations and Information Systems Operations. Mr. Culbreath also has a B.S. in Applied Information Technology from the University of Baltimore.

Amber Green
General Manager Health IT, Human Services

Amber Green is a project manager for Health IT and Human services. She has more than 10 years experience in IT management and social services. Her specializations in the areas of health and education technologies have helped her in leading projects for Maryland’s Department of Human Resources (DHR), Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE), and Maryland’s Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DHMH). Her technical health IT and human experience has included systems development, project management, business analyst, quality assurance, testing, help desk support and systems training for her state clients.

Chris Hawkins
Director, Identify Systems and Services

Chris Hawkins serves as the Director of Identity Services Group. Mr. Hawkins joined BITHGROUP team in 2008 and has provided instrumental leadership in strategically positioning the Identity Services Group in the biometrics industry. He is a Project Manager and Biometrics professional with over 6+ years experience in program management, biometrics equipment, staffing, recruiting, team training and more than 13 + years in client service satisfaction and retention. Mr. Hawkins specializations in the areas of identity services and biometric technologies have helped him in leading projects for Baltimore County Public Schools, Baltimore City Public County Schools, Baltimore County General Government , DC Department of Health, Johns Hopkins University and host of other both private and local, state and federal agencies.

R. Daniel Wallace
Acting Director, Enterprise Information Technology Services

Mr. Wallace is an energy engineering professional with more than eleven years of relevant experience in energy engineering, renewable energy systems development, program management, financing strategy, systems implementation and integration, and operations and maintenance (O&M). Mr. Wallace has developed and managed more than 25MW of renewable energy projects, both nationally and internationally. Mr. Wallace is responsible for managing a team of professionals who provide all renewable energy project development and management under all BITHENERGY services, including renewable system financial modeling, construction financing, and debt/equity structures for multiple multi-megawatt utility scale projects. Noteworthy projects range across multiple renewable energy technologies including, but not limited to, wind, biomass, geothermal, and solar thermal systems, with a special emphasis on solar PV. Mr. Wallace’s international experience encompasses initiatives implementing such technologies as grid tied/grid-on-demand (G.O.D) and Hybrid Renewable Energy Systems (HRES).

Haben Tesfahuney
Manager, Human Resources Systems

Haben Tesfahuney is the Human Resources Manager. Ms. Tesfahuney has 8+ years of experience in Human Resource Management. As the Human Resource Manager, her responsibilities cover all human resources functions (Recruiting and Staffing, Benefits, Classification and Compensation, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Policies, Information Management and Leadership Development). Haben holds a BA degree in Human Resources Management from Texas A & M University-Commerce.

They needed an experienced team to design, implement and support their new Document Imaging and Workflow System (DIWS) project. BITHGROUP started with an in-depth analysis of their workflow. The Center for Information Technology (CIT), which operates the National Institutes of Health’s computer center, has critical infrastructure for the effective use of personal workstations, LANs, and associated automation technology. How do you effectively provide support for such a large infrastructure? BITHGROUP Technologies deployed a team of specialists to provided day-to-day phone support via the helpdesk, adapting to the frequent changing of technologies and the daily evolving requirements of the NIH. Our personnel provide support working closely with our partner SAIC, government employees, and contract staff that is involved with desktop support services.

Department of Army – Help Desk & Utility Bill Analysis | Enterprise Services

The Challenge BITHGROUP's Solution
The Department of Army has a massive and complex business billing cycle. How could they effectively manage and coordinate it? BITHGROUP Technologies supported the monthly business cycle including invoice processing and vendor payment, coordinating and consulting with on site Government staff, and providing financial and billing information to customers. The Housing Authority of Plainfield employees were faced with an extremely slow network as well as outages. How could this network managing 1200 rental units be improved? BITHGROUP Technologies created and implemented a custom infrastructure. It spanned three wireless networks connected across a private Frame-Relay line to central servers creating a fast, secure, and effective network. Project deliveries included:
